    fiji has the tastiest food in the entire universe man i miss my fish the fish in Aus tastes like crap!!!!! oh and ofcourse the chicken curry is so not HOT over here we need BONGO chilli !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best place to eat out would have to be Shabu Shabu mmmmm and the old mill cottage !!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hooks n Chooks just opened in Samabula, specialising in fish n chips. I think they oughtta re-name the outlet Hooks n CHOKES. Food not so special and service so dissapointing. First and the last time I go there.

    Well if you in Lautoka and feel like having Chineese, then "The Great Wall of China" is the place to go. Pizza in Lautoka..."Pizza Heart" opposite Village 4; Fish n Chips--> Pa's Kitchen or Lautoka Hotel. In Suva the best Pizza is at Dorothy's Kitchen in Superfresh, Tamavua but you have to call them first order then pick it up!! believe me its worth the trouble. Fish n Chips--> MH superfresh. Chineese--> Lunch --> Capitol. Indian--> Singh's Curry House. Seafood--> Saturday Suva Market(yummy) oilei my mouth watering olrdy...gotta go chow mada..lol

    If you like good variety and tasty food the best on the Coral Coast is Gecko`s Restaurant( opp the Fijian) they have great Lobster and Mud Crab dishes and cheap too.

    The Tarrants Newcastle NSW We have been constant visitors to our Fiji and have Dined at TOMS when he was located at Sigatoka and now at CEVU near the market. Lovely fresh food and reasonable prices. a great deal and in walking distance from the Fijian Resort.. It is a must......... Sam is the man to make you more than welcome.

    Try out the food at BAD DOG.....its owesome! otherwise go to TIKOS ( if you are loaded). For reasonable and delicious food, try out the mouth watering food at Singhs Curry House. Watch out for the chillies though!

    When we lived in Lautoka, we used to love eating at the Chilli Tree Cafe/ Restaurant in Naviti St, Lautoka. They made real tasty sandwiches with a wide variety of fresh fillings and salads while you wait.

    try the new pizza place in lautoka opposite deluxe taxi stand....not too much cheese and the pastry is thin and soft and it only takes 20 minutes....very healthy and does not leave you feeling sick and bloated afterwards....:)

(opposite Mobil Gas Station in Lautoka... just around the corner from Village 4, located in the same line of shops shared by Fiji Development Bank, Wildkat, Vanisha's Hair Salon and Singh's Photo Studio).     yes, suva is the place to be esp on HIBISCUS, lotsa food to choose from and u should be able to find something for any type of Taste bud, why dont they have another festival like that again alleast twice a year, see now SCC , u made us enjoy the event so much , i for one would love to go again, its all ur fault , the festival was too good

    Had great food @ Great Wok Of China.The food is second to none, and the atmosphere is really great.Would love to come there again for a nice meal. I reckon for the best chinese food in the capital city, would be the one and only Great Wok Of China in Flaggstaff.

    Lunch hour, there is a lot of cheap good food around. FNPF plaza, a lot of Chinese ready to go, but for the upmarket crowd the Cottage, Bad Dog, Malt House, Maya Daba the new indian restaurant and many more are located in Suva. For pizzas and fried chicken i think Wishbone in Laucala Beach is the "best"!! Fijian Food - the best is the one prepared at home.

    Every place around the town and resorts cook very tasty dishes, either it be Fijian, Indian, Chienese or English dish. But to taste the real taste of Fiji all resorts do provide the best Fijian cooked meals. With Pizza, Pizza Hut, Yes, I miss that for so many years now, out here we dont really have those tasty Pizza that Pizza Hut provide and not to mention the sizes are just great with the prices.

    Munna's Riverside Restuarant in Labasa has the best fish curry ever - tasty, hot and comes with all the condiments and archars. Very reasonably priced too. Always great service from Munna.

    Pizza King for pizza. (If its still there at harbour center in Suva). I don't know, but my personal view is that no pizza out here in the Northern California seems to beat Fiji Pizza and Pizza King at Harbour Centre was DA BOMB!.

    Everytime we are down town Suva JJ's is always the place to go for a good feed. Its cossy and the food is great and YUMMY and the staff is very attentive. Our favourite dish is always curried sea food with lots of chillies.Crabs and fish. Great place so see u there.

    I love the Chinese dishes in "HOT & SPICY KITCHEN" located at the Dophin Plaza. Ranges from $5 - $12 a meal. They dont do half-a-serve meal ONLY full serve meal. If you order from the menu; they will cook it straight away so you have a delicious hot serve meal.
