Fiji is a fishing fanatic’s dream. Its protected waters and position in the Pacific make it an ideal place to find “the big one”. There are over 300 unspoiled islands that provide ideal destinations for a large variety of fishing. On a typical day out, the type of fish caught range from Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, MahiMahi, Giant Trevally and Coral Trout to name a few.

Game fishing is excellent all year round with marlin and tuna being popular large game. There are many operators throughout the country who specialise in fishing tours and most can be found through your local hotel tour office.
