Dining

Every night there is a dinner party held at several different locations around the Island! The meals are exquisite and our remote dining sites are always unique... equaled only by the warmth and charm of our Turtle family. The menu may include freshly-caught crab or lobster, prime Australian beef, vegetables from our three acre organic garden and tropical island fruits. Our wine list has a reputation as the finest in the South Pacific.
