Smugglers Cove Beach Resort & Hotel is a brand new (opened April 2006) AAA Tourism Australia accredited resort centrally located ON THE BEACH at Nadi Bay & a comfortable 10 minutes drive from the Nadi International Airport & Nadi Town. Smugglers Cove offers a blend of upmarket backpackers’ accommodation plus four-star fully equipped modern rooms & facilities.
Most of the 22 rooms offer stunning sunset and ocean views overlooking Nadi Bay, the Mamanuca Islands and the southern Yasawa Islands.
All rooms have private ensuite facilities, Sky TV, Fridge, Tea coffee making, Air-conditioning, Key card door lock access, Room safes, Room telephone, Clock radio, Hair dryers, Luggage racks & Wardrobe closets.
The beach side "Ghost Ship Bar & Grill" serves a contemporary international a la carte menu served with a Pacific Island influence at reasonable prices.
The 2 mile long Wailoaloa Beach directly in front of Smugglers Cove is suitable & safe for swimming any tide.
Location
Smugglers Cove is nestled between luscious green palms along beautiful Nadi Bay, with access to one of the most pristine sandy beaches in Nadi. Its only a 10 minutes drive from Nadi International Airport and Nadi Town.
Accommodation
Rooms - Most of the 22 fully equipped modern rooms offer magnificent sunset and ocean views overlooking Nadi Bay, the Mamanuca and the southern Yasawa Islands.
Bedding - Only the Oceanfront Suites have King size beds. Deluxe Ocean View & Premium Garden View rooms have double size beds. Roll-away single beds are available if required for an extra person. There are several rooms available having a double bed with overhead single bed suitable for twin or triple occupancy.
We have several room types -
• Oceanfront Suite: have balconies overlooking the pool & beach. Sleeps up to 3 persons. Only four rooms available.
• Deluxe Ocean View Rooms: sleeps up to 4 persons. Twelve rooms available.
• Premium Garden View Rooms: sleeps up to 3 persons have inter-connecting doors suitable for families or groups. Four rooms available.
• Family Suite: Located on the top floor. Has unparallel ocean views & full kitchen facilities. Sleeps up to 5 persons in one large room. Big bathroom ensuite.
• Disable Suite: Located on the ground floor. Has all facilities.

THE DIVE SHOP:
Located next door to Smugglers Cove is the Aqua Blue Dive Shop. Aqua Blue offer daily dive, snorkel and surf trips out to the reefs & lagoon systems surrounding the beautiful Mamanuca Islands aboard 'Aquarium', a 30ft aluminium vessel equipped with full safety gear. Head [toilet] on board.
SNORKELLING:
Bounty Island is just a short 20-minute boat ride on 'Aquarium'.
Enjoy the morning snorkelling the reefs around Bounty.
Relax between fun in the water on an island paradise encircled by white sand beaches and glistening tropical waters teeming with colourful fish.
Have a relaxing lunch on the island.
Snorkel the reefs some more - returning to Nadi mid afternoon.
It is a wonderful day for those not able to Scuba at the moment.
Fly-Dive-Snorkel, then...
Relax with a light lunch and refreshments, before embarking on another in the warm waters of Fiji.
A boat ride back to the mainland will leave you with memories of Fiji forever.
FLY-DIVE-SNORKEL:
Embark on a Turtle Airways Seaplane for a scenic flight over the beautiful 'jewels' of the Mamanuca Islands.
Crystal clear waters, ringed with dazzling white sand beaches.
A gentle landing alongside the 'Aquarium' - our 9m (30ft) boat where your experienced crew will accompany you to explore the underwater wonderland - either Dive (Scuba) or Snorkel.
'Aqua Cat' our new 7-metre twin hull is designed for 6 divers and is powered with 2 x 85HP Yamaha engines.
'Aquarium' is currently being fitted with new 2 x 225HP Yamaha 4 stroke engines and should be relaunched in August 2005.

With our caring and qualified Dive Instructors AquaBlue offers a variety of Scuba experiences to suit everyone.

INTRODUCTION TO SCUBA:
Never tried Scuba before? Perhaps an Introduction to Scuba is all it needs to persuade you to enjoy this amazing sport.
Perhaps you have done part of a course at home or at another facility and wish to complete the course with us. We offer Referral Courses from any agency.
Full Certifications are also offered. Again certain medical conditions must be met.
