Rakiraki Hotel
Budget old-style accommodation. Genuine hospitality, a relaxed pace and home-style cooking are just part of the story.
Location
Rakiraki...a quaint old colonial township in the northern heart of Fiji's main island, Viti Levu. It is the gateway to the northern outer island resorts, such as those on Nananu-i-ra and the half way point on a full island tour offering a side of Fiji most visitors never see.
Accommodation
All rooms air-conditioned with coffee/tea making facilities and fridge. The hotel is now under the direction of a new management team. Off the traditional "beaten track", the area provides many eco tourism activities, all of which are easily accessible from the Rakiraki Hotel
Dining
Fresh local lobster, crab and other seafood or choose a hearty serve of roast lamb and all the trimmings. Most of the fresh fruits and vegetables come straight from the hotel's own gardens.
Activities
Bowl on the hotel's own greens, swim or relax by the pool. Picnic on an isolated beach, play a round of golf or charter a fishing boat. Tours can also be arranged: including a visit to the nearby historic Naiserelagi Catholic Mission.
