Join us for a holiday experience of a lifetime experience real Fiji, just the way it should be.
Location
Octopus Resort is located 27 miles from the Fijian mainland, on Waya Island. Octopus’s own water taxi, the Amberley, departs daily from Lautoka at 10 am for the 90 minute journey to Octopus and returns in the afternoon at 2.30pm.
Accommodation
We have twenty TRADITIONAL FIJIAN BURES, approximately half are located right on the beach front and the remainder about 15 seconds walks from the beach. All BURES have a queen size bed and a single bed. All tiled and fan cooled and some have two bunks to accommodate families.
Dining
Most of what we cook is grown locally or caught in the waters around Octopus. We have a wonderful new restaurant, its sand floors, open air design and large decks make it the idea place to relax and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. We have a full bar, and can even produce a very good Espresso made with great tasting Fiji Coffee beans.
