Karin's Garden located within one of the world’s four rainforests, Taveuni is unspoiled and uncrowded.
Location
There are several daily flights from Suva and Nadi with Air Fiji and Sunair. For those who prefer to approach by our calm blue seas, there is an inter-island ferry service that leaves from both Viti Levu and Vanua Levu.
Accommodation
Karin's Garden offers one cozy bungalow-style bure, perfectly designed for a couple, family, or group of four. There is a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms (featuring hot showers), one with a Queen-size bed and the other with two singles. Three large windows provide ample cross-ventilation and allow the breeze of the trade wind to lull and refresh you. In addition, both bedrooms feature ceiling fans and all windows are fully screened.
Dining
If, on any given night, you are not in the mood to cook, Karin is a former professional chef and it is always a pleasure for her to prepare exquisite cuisine using organically grown herbs and vegetables from our own garden that you can savor on your private porch, or by candle light on our newly-built sun deck, overlooking the ocean under the spectacular starry southern night-time sky.
