A private island paradise just 10 minute cruise off the mainland, surrounded by crystal-clear, turquoise water, wafted by soft sea breezes with beautiful sunsets, framed by palm trees – truly heaven.
Location
Dolphin Island is a thirteen acre private retreat sitting just off the north-east coast of Viti Levu.
Accommodation
There are two dwellings sitting side by side. Elevated and enclosed by wide spacious verandahs they catch the sea breezes and face the spectacular sunsets and sunrises.One bure has been created for dining, relaxing and entertaining with a seamless flow between outdoors and indoors. The other bure contains two separate double suites with their own bathrooms for sleeping and resting. Both bures are air-conditioned for your comfort.
Dining
Traditional Fijian warmth and hospitality is provided by your hosts, Stanley and Dawn Simpson They will look after guests as little or as much as they want. Presenting a supply of delicious meals, drinks and cocktails to guests as required.
Activities
Snorkeling, kayaks and a hobie catamaran are all available for guest use and are included in the rates. Guests can walk around the entire edge of the island, at low tide, when reef life and remains of ancient Fijian fishing pools are revealed. There is a lovely walking trail and an incredibly romantic sleep out-room situated on the other side of the island, where guests could picnic or spend the night.
